WelcomeFrontier Resort is a 2nd generation family resort located on the Ash River in northern Minnesota, a stones throw from Voyageurs National Park and just south of the Ontario border.

The Lodge

Our lodge is rustic and cozy - a great informal meeting place to swap stories after a day outdoors! It's air
conditioned for comfort on those warm summer days. The restaurant has privacy from the bar, is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner and features a menu from munchies to home cooked meals with daily specials. |
We offer groceries, tackle, on and off sale liquor, pop, snacks and ice cream treats. Enjoy the game room, play pool or find a book in our mini library.
There are no TV's in the cabins but you can watch the big game in the lodge or get weather updates. The full service bar is a wonderful place to relax with your favorite beverage and share a story or sing or dance and meet some new friends. |
